And MERCURY in VIRGO.
"Mercury clears the mind clutter as it moves into practical Virgo."
-dailyhoroscope.com
EXCELLENT time to tap in to Your Spirit aka "Higher Self." The Full Moon being in the astrological sign of Pisces signals that Intution aka "Psychicness" will be high, and we all should place a lot more faith in Our Dreams (literal, the messages we get while sleeping, as well as the intangible Higher Ambitions/Aspirations/Goals we set for Ourselves).
In addition, EVERYONE will be A LOT more Sensitive during this period, so I ask you all, "Please Tread Lightly!?!" That being said, this mushy-gushy, atmosphere is PERFECTO for DEEP CONVERSATIONS OF THE HEART-TO-HEART type. Pisces swims in the deep waters, so don't be afraid to drown...it's alright to "go there" during this emotional time.
Pisces Body Art by Rudy Everts
AND SPEAKING OF COMMUNICATION, this is SIGNIFICANTLY HELPED by MERCURY visiting the astrological sign of VIRGO, "The Vestal Virgin." Pisces adds the necessary Depth, but Virgo (The, Detailed-Oriented, Opposite Sign of Pisces on the Astrological Wheel/Chart) will ensure that any communication will be Neat, Tidy, & Thoughtful. Thus, in my humble opinion, FULL MOON IN PISCES + MERCURY IN VIRGO = One of the BEST Atmosphere's Available to get to the Heart of the Matter, & TIE UP LOOSE EMOTIONAL ENDS!
Happy Diving Luvies,

Pisces the Fishesby Boris Vallejo
p.s. - Here's a little of what Astrologer Jeff Jawer has to say about it:
"The Full Moon in sensitive Pisces on Monday, Sept. 12 represents compassion, surrender and spirituality. Its opposition to the Sun in analytical Virgo contrasts free flowing faith with the need to master details.
However, both Virgo and Pisces are associated with service; they just go about it differently. The former takes care of the practical and concrete while the latter attends to our emotions. Learning how to gracefully move between the two is the gift of this Full Moon."

AND here's some of what dailyhoroscope.com has to say about MERCURY in VIRGO:
"Mercury, the planet of communication, has two home signs: Gemini and Virgo. Gemini represents the objective airy side of thought, while Virgo is the practical, earthy side. So, we can expect a time when thought will most likely to be used with efficiency and conversation grounded in reality. A planet is considered to be strong when in its home sign, one which it is said to rule. This helps direct and refine its energies to higher levels of purity and power. Mercury in Virgo is, therefore, a strong period in which to analyze and criticize with great precision."

ASTRO NEWS: MERCURY RETROGRADE & FULL MOON IN PISCES!!!
Well, it's that time again! Mercury (the planet of communication and short-term travel) went Retrograde on Aug. 20th, and will be in it until September 12. So, these 3 weeks are a good time for INTROSPECTION and REFLECTION on Ourselves and Our Current Plans (communication and travel can also go awry during a mercury retrograde, so best to dot your i's and cross your t's). As far as the Piscean Full Moon is concerned, the moon cycle is 28 days from New Moon (no moon in the sky) to Full Moon to New Moon again, and the new moon is the spiritually fertile time when we plant seeds, literally and metaphysically, with ideas, intentions and invocations. The idea is that when the Full Moon comes around after the prior New Moon, one will see some type of confirmation (whether pos. or neg. ) on the "seeds" they planted during that New Moon. So, with a Piscean Full Moon, it's a calm, but potentially emotional time being Pisces is a water sign. And coupled with the Mercury Retrograde it's a good time to go deep within oneself to get back in touch with all those things that drive you artistically, creatively, & emotionally, and make the blueprint to how you want to start seeing them manifest after the retrograde. That's the catch with the Pisces Full Moon, it is all about dreams and glamour, things that catch our eye, but being that Pisces is ruled by Jupiter and Neptune, things can be magnified (Jupiter - gaseous planet) and illusory, not lasting (Neptune - water and gaseous planet), like we are getting a glimpse of how things could be, yet it's fleeting. That's what this sign is about, so it is magnified during the full moon, and with the Mercury retrograde, we take time to look in and make plans, but hold off on IMPLEMENTING those plans because things are transitioning during this period, thus it is not a good time, astrologically speaking, for setting the foundation for new ideas, plans, or relationships. Also, during this time of the Mercury Retrograde, we may see old friends and lovers, return to our lives, but this is the point, to decide whether to go deeper, affirming the bond, or to let it go, simply a tying up of old loose ends. Also, Mars is closer to the planet than it's ever been, so we must be careful to avoid fights around this time, especially since it is already being influenced by the emotional Full Moon of Pisces!
NOTE:
The Majority of the above mentioned information is from my own knowledge and interpretation, but I received some info from astrologist Jan Spiller's website,
and from my friend Paul Moreland (friend him!) on FB, he's great with keeping The People informed :)

ASTRO WEATHER: BRACE YOURSELVES!!!
MERCURY RETROGRADE begins today, 9/6/09, it will last for about three weeks, so dot your i's and cross your t's Luvies!
I'm super tired, so will write more latas, but peep the Archives, I've written about Mercury retrograde at least twice the past year.
Here's what astrology.com has to say about it:
"Mercury, the planet of communication, goes retrograde -- for the third time this year -- in the sign of Libra on September 6-7 (depending upon your time zone), until it turns direct again on September 29. Mercury normally turns retrograde three times a year -- however, in 2009 Mercury turns retrograde four different times. The effects of each retrograde period differ depending on the sign in which it occurs. This time around, Mercury is turning retrograde in Libra.
Mercury rules thinking and perception, processing and disseminating information and all means of communication, commerce, education and transportation. Mercury retrograde periods gives rise to personal misunderstandings, as well as flawed, disrupted, or delayed communications, negotiations and trade glitches and breakdowns with phones, computers, cars, buses and trains.
This retrograde, like any cosmic event, affects each of us differently depending on how it's positioned in our personal birth charts. A Mercury retrograde period may be very prosperous for those who have retrograde Mercury, or a well-aspected Mercury in their birth charts. While a retrograde period may be an introspective time for all of us, if Libra is prominent in your chart, you will have more than your usual share of introspection. If other Cardinal signs like Aries, Cancer or Capricorn are prominent in your chart, you will also experience a period of intense self-examination.
Mercury retrograde in Libra can disturb mental balance, making you more indecisive than usual. In addition, attempts to maintain objectivity and an unbiased approach are likely to be difficult and can colored with emotion. Jealousy and possessiveness may enter relationships. Sharing ideas, especially those connected with moneymaking and other tangible rewards may present a higher risk. All areas of communication, especially matters related to law, partnerships and marriage, may also be affected."

ASTRO WEATHER: THE NODES KNOWS
RISE TO THE OCCASION THROUGH YOUR NORTH NODE!

The MASSIVE IMPORTANCE of the Astrology's Lesser Known Nodes aka Karmic Indicators:
-courtesy astrology.com
" The two nodes of the Moon -- the north and the south node -- play a very important part in astrology. The nodes are not planetary bodies, but mathematical points that take into account the relationship between the Sun, Moon, and Earth at the time of our birth. In the zodiac, they are always directly opposite each other and together they form the nodal axis.
The lunar nodes point to our personal karmic imbalance. The astrological theory behind the nodes of the Moon suggests that we all come into this world with some underdeveloped and overdeveloped aspects of our character. The north node represents qualities that we need to develop to find inner balance, while the south node points to personal character traits that are easy for us to fall back on. They represent life lessons that we consciously need to learn for increased happiness, fulfillment and personal success.
The nodal axis changes signs approximately every 19 months. Since December 18, 2007, the north node has been transiting through Aquarius with the south node in the opposite sign, Leo. On August 20 and 21, the nodal axis moves backward through the zodiac, and the north node moves from Aquarius into Capricorn, while the south node moves from Leo to Cancer.
Important advice for this transit: Get serious. Be brave! Work toward your goals. Instead of looking to others to take care of you, which is the south node in Cancer, north node in Capricorn means it's time to be an adult, step up, accept responsibility for both good and bad.
But remember, each planet exerts influence over certain aspects of life depending on how they are placed in your individual natal or birth charts. How will the energies of this important transit affect you? "
A BIT MORE ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH NODES, courtesy cafeastrology.com
" Fear is associated with South Node issues. The South Node position is very often a point of great insecurity. We very much want what is represented by the South Node position, whether that is order in our lives (South Node in Virgo/6th house) or satisfaction in partnerships (South Node in Libra/7th house). However, the only way we can feel successful in these areas is through working on the qualities of the opposite sign (North Node position). We may resist doing this quite fervently, especially in the first 30 years of our lives, partly because we cannot see that letting go of some of our obsessions, and working on the polarity, will bring satisfaction to the South Node areas. Thus, the North Node represents a point of challenge and growth. One feels somewhat awkward and uncertain in the areas represented by the North Node (its sign and house). The North Node can also be considered a point of inflow. We need help with our North Node issues, and we often meet people who will help us confront these issues. "

MAJOR ASTROWEATHER: SOLAR ECLIPSE!!!!
Funny it would be raining outside as I post about today's SOLAR ECLIPSE!
Today is the 2nd in a trine of eclipses we have the benefit of experiencing this year! The first was a Lunar Eclipse on July 7th, and there is yet another lunar eclipse to grace us on August 5th. Eclipses usually come in pairs, lunar and solar, so it especially special and significant that we get three this time around. That's a lot of energy for us to decipher, and work with, Luvies!
Today is the last day of the lunar cycle of Cancer, and the eclipse will happen tonight near 11pm, as we are transiting into the lunar cycle of Leo, but the actual eclipse will OCCUR as the moon in is the last degrees of Cancer, so it is a really powerful energy of family, home, and security being released and magnified during this time.
It will be a full Solar Eclipse visible in India and other parts of Eurasia, but unfortuantely, not for us here Stateside. But not to fret! We can watch via Internet and Cable, and we will benefit from the effects of it on a Cosmic level!
Here's what tarot.com has to say about it:
We are approaching a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer, a momentous event during which the Moon obscures the light of the Sun ... but in its place, the Moon will be shining its own invisible light from the realm of nurturing Cancer. A solar eclipse signifies your true self (the Sun) being strongly affected by emotions and relationships (the Moon). And since the Moon is in Cancer, the zodiac's most nurturing sign, now is a time that those emotions and relationships can be dealt with in a healthy and healing way.
Here's what astrology.com has to say about it:
Get ready for drama! A total eclipse of the Sun will occur in the sign of Cancer on July 21-22. Although this eclipse will only be visible in northern India, eastern Nepal, northern Bangladesh, Bhutan, the northern tip of Myanmar, central China and the Pacific Ocean, this is the longest total solar eclipse that will occur in the twenty-first century. This total eclipse will last for up to 6 minutes and 39 seconds; will not be surpassed in duration again until June 13, 2132!
A Solar eclipse occurs when the Moon is exactly between the Sun and the Earth, blocking the solar rays from reaching us. From ancient times to the modern-day world, solar eclipses have heralded spectacular events and drama! This eclipse occurs in the last degree of Cancer -- and brings all the Cancerian energies of home, family, nurturing, caring, maternal instincts, emotions and sensitivity into focus.
Eclipses always occur in pairs. While a lunar eclipse brings the past into the present to see what works, a solar eclipse brings the future to present and triggers new potentials. Since Cancer rules family, home and vocation these areas will take center stage during this eclipse.
What does the eclipse mean for you? Since this eclipse occurs in the sign of Cancer, its impact will feel different depending on which House Cancer is positioned in your birth chart. Where the eclipse falls in the chart is significant, as the energies expressed by its house placement will show the areas of life that are affected by the new beginning that is implied.
If your Sun sign or Ascendant is Cancer, almost every part of your life will be affected. If Cancer is in your First or Seventh House, you will focus on yourself, your marriage or your relationship. If it is situated in the Second or Eight House, your earnings or joint finances will be impacted. If it is the Third or Ninth House, travel or educational pursuits are highlighted. In the Fourth or Tenth House, home and career will be front and center. Eclipses in the Fifth or Eleventh House put the spotlight on self-expression, children, groups and organizations. Finally, eclipses in the Sixth or Twelfth House put the focus on health, work and service. Wisdom holds that events that are triggered by an eclipse usually take six months to unfold, so you can expect this process of change to continue. The opportunity to break old patterns will present themselves as you make changes.

MORE ASTROWEATHER: MARS CONJUNCT SATURN
Mars, planet of Passion, conjuncts Saturn the Disciplinarian, planet of authority, image-consciousness, rules and regulations this Friday, July 10th.
More details from astrology.com below:
On July 10, Mars conjuncts Saturn -- a significant event that affects us all!
Mars takes about two years to transit through all 12 signs of the zodiac. On July 1, it entered the sign of Virgo and on July 10 it will move within a degree of Saturn, which has been stationed in Virgo since September 2007. This will be the closest Mars-Saturn conjunction until 2022!
Mars is the planet of action and Saturn is the planet of discipline, boundaries and authority. When these two planets come together, especially as they do now in hard-working Virgo, you have the opportunity to get more done in one week than you have all year! So, if you have a project you need to kick into high gear, now is the time to advance it. It will require focus and concentration, but rewards are possible. Because of the placement in health-conscious Virgo, this conjunction especially favors beginning new health and fitness programs. So, if you have been waiting to start a diet, a gym membership or a yoga class that sticks, now is your chance!
Remember: this conjunction is not a magic wand! If you are typically lazy or impatient, expect to be tested and challenged. If you enter this period with maturity and are willing to put in the hard work necessary, you'll succeed beyond your wildest dreams!
ASTROWEATHER: LUNAR ECLIPSE TODAY!!!
Lunar Eclipse Today - Dream BIG!!!
Morning Luvies!
Honestly, I haven't written anything since the sudden, massive loss of the Musical Love of my Life...been kinda in the dumps, but alas, today is MJ's Memorial Service in L.A. @ the Staple Center (and private burial for the family?). So, as they lay the King to Rest, I figure I should lay my aching heart to rest, at least aside, as well -though there will no doubtedly be sharp pangs of pain from time to time for months to come, if not years...loss is not easy, but we must try to keep it Positive and think of it as an Ascension 'ya feel me :)
Which brings me to my first post in like 2 weeks, that's like suicide to a blog I know, but my heart just wasn't in it...
TODAY THERE IS A LUNAR ECLIPSE OCCURING
Some more info according to astrology.com
The second lunar eclipse of 2009 takes place on July 7, signaling the beginning of a dramatic eclipse period. A solar eclipse occurs on July 21 and then another lunar eclipse happens on August 5. A lunar eclipse always occurs during a full Moon, when the Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon, casting its shadow on the Moon. Eclipses also come in pairs.
We tend to be more emotionally expressive during a full Moon, and this time around, that bright orb in the night sky is no exception! This won’t be a boring month and you'll want to keep your eyes and ears open so that you can take full advantage of the opportunities and avoid the pitfalls. This is a time to stand back and assess your goals. Your career/work life gets a lot of attention now, and with Saturn making a helpful aspect, you just may get the support you've been hoping for! The Jupiter/Neptune conjunction in Aquarius, which will be exact on July 10, boosts your optimism. While the eclipse in practical Capricorn keeps your feet on the ground, this idealistic duo reminds you to dream big!

ASTRO WEATHER: NEW MOON OF CANCER
This morning the new moon of Cancer occurs. Cancer, the Crab, is one of THE most sensitive signs of the zodiac, though you may never think it due to their tough exterior...I mean there totem is a shellfish that carries its home on its back get it??? Cancers are truly the most domestic sign of the zodiac, having a sincere love of home and hearth, and all things emotionally, AND physically comforting. They are also known as the "mothers" of the zodiac because they have a natural inclination to care for and dote on their family, friends, and loved ones. They respects old bonds and loyalty, and though warm, it may take a bit of time to earn their Trust. The U.S.A., with it's "birthday" being 7/4/1776, and I think I was once told NYC, are both Cancers, so that makes a lot of sense to me. New York for example, looks so intimidating to outsiders, but once you are in, you will find some of the biggest characters and even bigger hearts - but you definitely gotta earn your way in, the USA too; it makes me think back to what my stepdad had to go through to become a citizen of this country...sheesh, but I digress. Yes, Cancers, definitely the best friend type if that is what you are looking for, and they make devoted, yet sometimes clingy, even insecure lovers...but that's all water signs, take it from a Pisces. I think it's definitely a fair trade-off for a Heart of Gold, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL THE CANCERS IN MY LIFE, and ALL THE CANCERS OUT THERE IN THE BLOG-O-SPHERE, B-RAE UNDERSTANDS YOU!!!
Oh and before I forget, being that it is the new moon in Cancer, the energy of Cancer will permeate this month so we can all expect to feel the energy of Cancer in our own personal lives. For those of us not use to plunging the emotional depths of water signs, we may feel a little off kilter, wishy-washy, you know, but you can survive it! Some general things to be aware of:
- High Sensitivity (physically, and emotionally - Cancers are prone to anxiety due to their highly developed nervous systems)
- Moodiness (Cancers are VERY hard to read, and moods can change on the drop of a dime; they are also prone to sulking when they do get in a bad mood)
- Wanting to Be Home/in Comfortable Surroundings (not a good or bad thing, and can actual be beneficial, making you slow down and appreciate your home, family, and friends. Now is actually a GREAT time to make changes around/fix-up to your home)
- The Urge/Need to be Around/Near Your Family, Truest Friends, and Lovers.
- NOSTALGIA! (Cancers are Notorious Packrats, all of them tend to have Keepsakes from back in the day, as well as a SPECIAL collection of something, anything...)
HERE'S WISHING YOU ALL A GREAT MONTH LUVIES,
B!

ASTRO WEATHER: SUMMER SOLSTICE
I AM SO STOKED!!! Yesterday was the Summer Solstice, the 1st OFFICIAL Day of Summer, and longest day of year. It was a perfect time, and still is, as the energy builds up a few days before, and lingers few days after, to tap into the warm, radiant healing energies of the Sun (regardless of how rainy it is outside NYC, think mind-over-matter), and recharge our Spiritual batteries! Here is an article from tarot.com with forecasts for what the Solstice, and the Summer has in store for each zodiac sign.
What to Expect for Summer Solstice by Zodiac Sign:
Tapping into your luck by zodiac sign by Stephanie Dempsey
For people who live in the Northern Hemisphere, the Summer Solstice falls on June 21st. The Summer Solstice marks the longest day and shortest night of the entire year. This season has a way of shedding light on stubborn problems, causing them to wither up and die. The clean space that remains enables new life to take root. This could take the form of a romantic relationship, steady job, or stable home. Whatever form your zodiac sign's luck takes this season, you have the Summer Solstice to thank for it. Enjoy!
Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Summer is a season of domestic delights for Rams. Going on vacation with your nearest and dearest provides a welcome counterbalance to your hectic professional life. This year, you’ll have more money to play with, so feel free to splurge. Head for a destination that affords plenty of natural beauty. Hiking and biking through forest trails will make you feel more deeply connected to the Earth. If you’ve got a creative streak, you may want to go on a artistic retreat devoted to gardening, or throwing pottery. Go ahead, get your hands dirty!
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
This year’s Summer Solstice is a particularly auspicious one for you. There’s a good chance you’ll be going on a series of short vacations to nearby beauty spots this summer. You’re especially drawn to waterside retreats, so staying near an ocean, lake, or river is a strong possibility. If you’re single, you’ll be attracting all sorts of romantic attention. Usually, you opt for committed relationships, but this season you could play the field. Ultimately, you’ll wind up with a nurturing homebody who shares your love of luxury. In the event you’re in a relationship, you may find your partner working extra hard to please you with beautiful gifts and thoughtful gestures.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Spending time on the people and activities you love will be your first order of business once the Summer Solstice arrives. If you’re sick of your job, you could find a much more rewarding one after June 21st. Any position involving hospitality, childcare, or real estate will be particularly favored. It looks as though your guardian angel will be instrumental in getting you a plum position. You may not realize it, but someone who admires your talent is working hard on your behalf. Be sure to take plenty of “you” time this summer, even if it means hiring a babysitter or staying home on the weekend. Even a social butterfly like you needs occasional peace and quiet!
Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
Summer has always been a season of magic for Crabs, and 2009 is no exception. This year, you’ll be getting plenty of favorable publicity in both your personal and professional lives. There’s never been a better time to exhibit your creative work, go on auditions, attend job fairs, and go on blind dates. People will be very receptive to your particular brand of charm. If you’re single, a close friendship could suddenly blossom into a passionate romance. It takes a long time for you to fall in love, but when you do, it’s for keeps. Fortunately, the object of your affection seems to feel the same way. If you’re in a relationship, this would be a good time to go on that dream vacation you’ve been discussing for years.
Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Having fun in the Sun is what Leo is all about. And although you dearly love the company of friends and family, the Summer Solstice invites you to sneak away to a secluded hideaway, all by yourself. This will give you a chance to reconnect with your spiritual side, which you’ve neglected for the past few months. Spending a week on a sun-drenched beach will clear away all of those mental cobwebs, renewing your zest for life. All of the sudden, the future will seem much brighter, and you’ll appreciate your blessings that much more. Breaking a bad habit could be in the cards for you this season; you’re sick of being held prisoner by a toxic substance or destructive behavior. The results will be evident to everyone. All of the sudden, you’ll be in huge demand on the personal and professional fronts. A big promotion or a high profile job could become available sooner than you think.
Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
All work and no play has made spring a difficult season for Virgo. Fortunately, the Summer Solstice gives you a chance to reverse this trend. If you’ve been thinking of leaving a dull job for your dream career, do it; the stars are behind you. Taking the season off to write a book or go on a culinary tour are other possibilities. Stop thinking in terms of what's practical and start thinking about what makes your heart throb with desire. Money for travel could come through a legal settlement, cultural grant, or scholarship. Stop treating your desires as selfish or deluded. Nobody deserves a dose of fun more than you. Ask, and you shall receive!
Libra (September 23 - October 22)
A long awaited career break could be awarded to you near the Summer Solstice. Part of you wants to rejoice, but another pines for an old-fashioned summer vacation. Fear not; you can still have your fun in the sun, but you may have to postpone it until winter, when you’ll be able to head for a warm island retreat just as the cold sets in. Right now, you need to grab the brass ring and hang on tight. The chance to excel in your chosen field is simply too good to pass up. Fortunately, your love life will provide a welcome distraction from work. If you’re single, you could meet someone at a concert, museum, or play. The chemistry between you will be palatable. In the event you’re in a relationship, this would be a great time to broaden your lovemaking repertoire, as your partner will be quite receptive.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
The Summer Solstice beckons you to broaden your horizons. Going on a trip abroad is a distinct possibility. If you’ve never visited Paris, New York, or Tokyo, now is the time to go. You’ll find some fabulous discounts on hotels and plane tickets, making it easy to travel in style. If you’ve been working on a book, be sure to show it to agents and publishers. If you act quickly, it could be in bookstores this autumn. A legal matter could be decided in your favor, too, giving you a divine opportunity to make a fresh start. 2009 could be the most romantic summer you’ve ever spent; there’s never been a better time to get engaged or married. If you are already in a relationship, seize this opportunity to go on a second honeymoon.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
Money from an outside source could be the Summer Solstice’s gift to you this year. An inheritance, legal settlement, tax refund, or venture capital will enable you to breathe a lot easier in the months ahead. It’s also possible you’ll make money from selling your share of a business or house. Whatever the source of your income, it will make your daily life much easier. You may decide to downsize and buy a beautiful home that is smaller and easier to care for. Alternately, you could choose to quit a boring job for one that pays less but affords more emotional satisfaction. Any way you slice it, you’ll emerge from this season a happier, healthier Archer.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Love is coming your way, Capricorn, whether you’re ready for it or not! The Summer Solstice is poised to give you the companionship you only thought existed in books. It’s possible you already know this person and are ready to get engaged or married. In the event you’re in a relationship that has grown stale, the Solstice will give you the courage to leave, making way for a much healthier relationship. If you’re already in a loving union, your partner could receive a fabulous raise or promotion. It looks as though your mate is eager to share the spoils with you, since you were so integral to their success in the first place. If you’ve had trouble with fertility or adoption in the past, good news could arrive in the form of a beautiful child.
Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
Things are starting to open up for you on the work front, and just in the nick of time! The Summer Solstice could award you with a plum position or assignment, enabling you to afford luxuries that were previously out of reach. This turn of events will add welcome structure to your life, too, and may prompt you to go back to the gym and start a new diet. It’s much easier to stick to a healthier routine when you know what to expect from day to day. Home life becomes much more relaxed, too, and you may prefer spending cozy evenings with your nearest and dearest to glittering parties at nightclubs. If you’ve been longing to get your own place, you will be able to find a lovely place that serves as a tranquil oasis from the stress of daily life.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
Love and creativity will be the prevailing theme for Fish this summer. The Solstice is putting added emphasis on your artistic talent, which could prompt you to paint, write, dance, or sculpt. Your project will give you a sexy glow that is impossible to ignore. Don’t be surprised when people who never looked at you twice start regarding you with a romantic eye. You’ll have your pick of several suitors this season, but ultimately, you’ll choose the one with the sexy voice and persuasive touch. If you’re already in a relationship, the two of you may decide to have a child, particularly after you get good news regarding finances.

WEEKLY ASTRO WEATHER
CHANGE!!!!!!!!!
according to astrology.com
The Stars This Week by Amanda Owen
Shifting Tides
06/15/2009 - 06/21/2009
A review of your plans for the future begins this week with Jupiter turning retrograde on June 15. Yet your idealism is in overdrive with the Sun's multiple aspects to outer planets. On June 17 the Sun trines Jupiter and Neptune and squares Uranus connecting you with the larger world. Then the Sun enters emotional Cancer on June 20, marking the Summer Solstice.
June 15: Jupiter turns retrograde
Since Jupiter entered community-minded Aquarius last January 5, you have been expanding your sphere of influence and paying more attention to the larger world. Perhaps you have joined a group, made new friends or started participating more in your community. Now Jupiter turns retrograde for the first time in Aquarius, giving you a chance to review your decisions. Momentum is slowed during this retrograde period, which will last until October 12. However, do not worry about plans and projects that are delayed. This is an important cycle where, in the end, whatever was held back will turn out to be a blessing in disguise. In general, this is a time of cutting back and curtailing excesses. Look to see where Jupiter is transiting in your own chart to see how you can benefit from this review.
June 17: Sun trines Neptune, Sun squares Uranus, Sun trines Jupiter
What inspires you? With Jupiter and Neptune conjunct, the Gemini Sun trines both expansive Jupiter and spiritual Neptune catapulting your idealism to new heights. Your desire to give and make a difference is strong. The Sun also squares Uranus today. Every now and then, the universe seems to want to make sure we are staying awake! As the Sun in information-gathering Gemini meets the square from gotta-have-change Uranus, expect the unexpected to jolt you out of your everyday routines.
June 20: Sun enters Cancer
The Summer Solstice is marked each year with the entrance of the Sun into this sensitive, protective water sign. Since Cancer is a sign of home and family, thoughts naturally turn to spending time with those you know and love. Why not organize a family picnic or attend a reunion? Can't get together in person? These days technology offers so many ways to stay in contact. This sign is known for its compassion, making this a wonderful time to remember the importance of family, and to count your blessings!

ASTRO WEATHER: TRIPLE MERCURY ALIGNMENT
Mercury Aligns with Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune:
According to AOL Horoscopes:
Right now a rare alignment between messenger Mercury and the powerful trio of Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune is occurring, meaning that Mercury has plenty to say about your personal expansion, progress and inspiration. These powerful planets stimulate you to open your mind and inspire it with new sources of understanding. This is the time to get fresh perspective on yourself!
Mercury Forms Some Interesting Angles This Week
Get Dreamy But Get Your Facts Straight
Mercury is the chatty planet of thought and ideas. As it moves through its own orbit, it creates a series of interesting angles with other planets, impacting the overall mood. The good news is that in the following week, Mercury's specific angles can benefit you! Find out how ...
When two planets are "square" each other, that means they're a little bit at odds. The chatty, information-hungry planet of Mercury is now square expansive Jupiter, suggesting that although we might have the best intentions with information-gathering -- to study up on something, say -- we aren't allowing ourselves to make the most of the opportunity to learn something.
Meanwhile, Mercury is sextile -- or linking up harmoniously -- with Uranus, the rebellious. During this time, you'll feel a lot more freedom in how and what you communicate. This is a great time for creative writing and sending your work out there, if you have artistic impulses. It's also a great time to explore "radical" ideas.
Now let's look at how Mercury is linking up with dreamy Neptune. These two planets also form a square. If they were in agreement (in an angle like a sextile), they could be great tools for creativity. But when they're butting heads, as they will be in the next few days, it shows a big discrepancy between truth and fiction. You might find fantasy overriding your ability to think clearly. Be aware of this, double-check all your decisions and make sure that the planet of illusion isn't clouding your understanding of a current situation, because Mercury is also the planet that governs whether you have all the information you need to make choices.
So this next week, enjoy the illusions but don't get sucked in! Double-check your work and make sure you have all the facts straight before making a big decision. Then, go wild with ideas!

THIS WEEK'S ASTRO-WEATHER: MERCURY GOING DIRECT!!!
So here's this week's most important astrological weather:

AWESOME!!!
The 2nd (of 4) Mercury Retrograde of the year is coming to an end. In astrology, a retrograde cycle is when a planet appears to be moving backwards along it's ellipse in the nightsky according to our view from the ground down here on planet Earth (it's really just an optical illusion). When Mercury goes Retrograde it last for 3 to 3 1/2 weeks. So, if you were experiencing any problems with communication (aka "drama"), technical mishaps (i.e. - lost ya' Crackberry), or travel mishaps (loads of my friends flight were delayed this past weekend), that was due, in part, to the Mercury Retrograde. But, alas, the light at the end of the tunnel has arrived because Mercury began going direct (moving forward along its normal orbit) on May 30th.
Hopefully, the past 3 weeks were a time of slowing down for all of us, because now we are in the rapid communication month of Gemini and it's ALL SYSTEMS GO!
To Chattiness Luvies,
B!
Here's what astrology.com has to say about Mercury Direct:
After three weeks of reverse motion, intellectual Mercury is moving forward in the stable sign of Taurus. Now that the messenger planet is back on course, there will be nothing holding you back in June.
Better Communication
Mercury rules communication, an area that can suffer during Mercury Retrograde. Repair any recent relationship damage.

Mercury Goes Direct! - Retrograde relief is at hand, at last
By Emily Trinkaus
Three weeks can feel like a very long time when Mercury is Retrograde. Between the delays, misunderstandings, technical glitches and the general frustration of life not moving forward as quickly as you’re used to, this period can seem like one big traffic jam.
Now that Mercury is moving direct -- appearing to travel forward once again -- it’s time for YOU to move forward. Launching new projects, signing contracts, making major purchases, initiating relationships -- all the activities that were verboten during Mercury Retrograde are now safe to pursue.
And, now that the irritation level has subsided, you can appreciate the upside to these past three weeks. Upside? Well, yes. Those forced time-outs from business-as-usual actually served an important purpose, giving you an opportunity to review, reconsider and re-do aspects of your life that were sorely in need of reevaluation. Of course, you hadn’t noticed the need for reevaluation until you had to slow down, so give thanks for Mercury Retrograde!
Taking some time away from your ordinary reality helped you see situations from a fresh perspective. While your rational mind was taking a hiatus, your intuition was stronger than usual. You may have discovered innovative solutions to ongoing challenges, or a new understanding of what really matters to you.
Now it’s time to take action based on these new insights. Even though your outer world might look exactly like it did three week ago, your inner world has shifted. Give yourself a few days after Mercury changes directions to realign your inner and outer realities, and then get going!
Look up your zodiac sign below to find out how to make the most of Mercury's forward momentum!

You've been reconsidering what really makes you happy, and gaining clarity about what in your life does or does not contribute to a sense of fun. While you have this clarity, take a risk and follow your heart!

Your Mercury Retro assignment was to rethink how to create more harmony in your home and family, and now it's time to implement solutions. Success comes from actions that foster a feeling of inner peace.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
You've been rethinking your professional goals, wondering if you've been scaling the wrong mountain, or if you need to find a different route to the top. Now you're ready to start climbing again, with renewed enthusiasm.

NEPTUNE RETROGRADE, RE-CAPTURE YOUR DREAMS!
Neptune begins it's retrograde cycle tomorrow, Thursday, 5/28. Neptune is a gaseous planet, i.e. cannot be read very well because like gas, it's energies cannot be easily contained. Neptune, like it's element, rules over things that cannot be easily defined or captured either, i.e. illusion, glamour, and mystery. I have a haunch that things that have been perplexing to you will start to become a bit clearer as Neptune re-tracks it's path through the Heavens.
According to astrology.com
It's time to tune in to your deepest core principles and create a larger vision! Neptune takes 14 years to transit through a sign, and has been transiting through Aquarius since 1998. On May 28, as Neptune begins its yearly retrograde -- a period that will last until November 5 -- be sure to revisit a dream, an ideal or a vision you've had. Think about how far you’ve come over the last 11 years, as you have been prompted to make positive, healthy changes in your life. Neptune has been in the same area of your chart prompting you to invest in your life vision. Examine the house in your own chart where the yearly retrograde is occurring for greater insight.
Neptune in Aquarius represents the quest for a better life, for freedom, equality, peace and contentment. With this placement we are all tuned in to our hopes, wishes and dreams. With this retrograde, see how you can realign yourself and your life to encompass these principles. Expansive, generous Jupiter conjuncts Neptune during this turnaround, so this is an especially idealistic time. But keep in mind that Mercury is about to turn direct in a close square to Neptune, and your thinking is not at its most logical! So, dream big but hire a fact-checker Virgo friend to help keep you on track!

THE TWINS INSPIRE CONNECTION AND CURIOSITY (BOY DO THEY!)
GET YOUR MIND OUTTA THE GUTTER, and see what Gemini has in store for you this month Luvies!

May 20 - June 20
Ruled by Mercury -- the wing-footed messenger god -- airy Gemini is the connector and communicator of the zodiac, circulating ideas and information.
What does the Sun in Gemini mean for your zodiac sign?
by Emily Trinkaus
Ruled by Mercury -- the wing-footed messenger god -- airy Gemini is the connector and communicator of the zodiac, circulating ideas and information.
The Sun’s visit to the sign of the Twins inspires your curiosity about the people and places around you, and opens your mind to new perspectives and possibilities. The challenge is to extend yourself without losing focus, scattering your energy and overtaxing your mind.
Since Mercury will be Retrograde until May 30, operating at the characteristically speedy Gemini pace can result in mistakes and miscommunications. Move deliberately, double-check the details, and wait until June to launch a new project or commit to a long-term plan.
A more dramatic highlight during this Gemini season is the rare conjunction of Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune in Aquarius. Exact for the first time in late May and early June -- and again in July and December -- this alignment offers the potential for deep transformation. Addictive and other self-sabotaging patterns may come into awareness, ready to be healed.
On June 16-17 the Gemini Sun energizes the super-conjunction, an auspicious time for seeking out innovative approaches to freeing yourself from old wounds. The more you open up to friends and peers about your inner reality, the more likely it is that you will get the support you need.Find out what the Gemini Sun and Aquarius Super-Conjunction mean for your zodiac sign:Aries (March 21 - April 19)

WE'RE UPON A REALLY NEAT and RARE ASTROLOGICAL ALIGNMENT
I'll definitely expand on this more in depth A LOT more later, but I'm just compelled by Spirit to get this out and circulating at the current moment. Just know it's a Massively Good Alignment in the Cosmos, again I reiterate, that astrological forecasts aren't written in stone, but we can lessen aggravations, and increase/expand upon beneficial situations with this information, so with that I say:
Sun SQUARE Jupiter, plus, Jupiter CONJUNCT Neputne and Chiron!!! ( a little known asteroid, except to real astrology heads. So:
1. Sun Square Jupiter = Beneficial. This is like a double-dose of Positivity. The Sun and Jupiter both represent Positivity & Warmth, each being huge, hot gaseous planets - yes, I know, but in traditional astrology, the Sun (and the Moon) is given as much weight as the planets, and did you forget that the Sun technically is a star??? I mean, when some asks you "What's your Sign/Star Sign?" The answer you give is based on what constellation of the Zodiac the Sun was in at the exact time of your birth, so yeah... But back to Sun square Jupiter, it can be seen as a Positive sign because the Sun representing goodness is exaggerated by Jupiter because that's what Jupiter does, being gaseous it expands physically, so as a transducter of Spiritual energy, it does the same thing. English - Jupiter's own energy is that Expansion, making things larger than Life, so when coupled with another planet/asteroid/star/heavenly body, it amplifies whatever energy that heavenly body is giving off, and since the Sun gives off Good Vibes, this is a time of let's say "Double, Good Vibes"...however, we have to be aware of the excesses that come along with Jupiter. Another name for Jupiter is Jove (hence jovial - a good mood get it) has the worst time saying no! Jupiter doesn't know it's limits because, like physcially, and "As Above, So Below," you can't limit something gaseous or confine it to a container. This is also a Great time, being that the Sun which rules over our earliest beginnings, to get back in touch with that which REALLY makes you Happy! With Jupiter in the picture unabashed Happiness and Fun, Fun, Fun are the orders of the day!
WHICH LEADS ME TO:
2. Jupiter CONJUNCT Neputne and Chiron = Benefical. It only happens every 13 years people!!! 13, in, my own Kabalistic studies, is a positive the number becasuse it is the 12 Signs of the Zodiac + 1 (your Will Power), so it's literally a represenation of mind-over-matter, and then there's Jesus + the 12 disciples, the 13 stepped Egyptian Ladder to Eternity, it goes on and on. So, the fact that this alignment only occurs ever 13 years is SUPER Special. A bit more about Chiron, it is an asteroid, 1 of many, but we count this one in astrology as well as a few others. The Special quality linked to Chiron is healing. Actually, I don't remember the character's name, but the wounded Centaur that helped Harry Potter out of the woods that one time is a representation of Chiron. Chiron is known as the wounded healer because in classical mythology, he was a Great Healer and taught others how to be Healers too, but couldn't heal the wound in his own heel. This fact is significant because with this special conjunction comes an unprecedented opportunity to heal old wounds that have been deeply hidden (Jupiter and Chiron are also Conjunct Nepyune, the planet of Illusion and Mystery). There is a lot more to say abouy this conjunction, and I will elaborate as I get more information, and can formulate more meaningful thoughts, but that's the basical gist of it. Here is more on the topic from astrloger Jonathon Cainer:
"Mercury is retracing its recent path, slipping further back through the sky each day. Saturn, meanwhile, stands still. Or rather, from where we stand, that's how it appears. Other planets now intensify the difference between 'how things are' and 'how they appear'. Neptune, planet of illusion, is in conjunction with Jupiter, planet of amplification. That implies a 'big misconception'. This rare, once- every-13-year conjunction also involves, this time, an asteroid called Chiron, 'the Healer'. Harm that appears to be irreversible, or damage that seems beyond repair can soon be put right. "
Here are some neat links on the number 13, which is SO, not "unlucky.":

WOOO-HOOO SATURN GOIN' DIRECT!
If things have been seeming extra rigid and "by-the-book" for you for the past few months, this can be explained by the fact that SATURN, THE DISCLIPLINARIAN, of the solar system has been back-tracking, yes, it was Retrograde! And if you've been reading my blog at all, for any length of time now, you should have an idea of what this means, but if not a quick brush-up - when a planet goes retrograde, it means the areas which fall under that planet's jurisdiction, the areas it governs, are extra exacting and focused on in that area of your Life. So, for example, we are currently experiencing a MERCURY retrograde, and Mercury is the Messenger planet of Communication, so during this type retrograde, communication can become really sticky, technology more-than-likely goes ape-shit (can't tell you how many cell phones me & my People have misplaced or gotten stolen during a Mercury retrograde), short-term travel plans have a high likelihood of going awry, and one shouldn't make any long term plans really (if you don't prepare for it, but don't get scared by this statement because even mental preparation counts - and it's actually the most important, best kind of preparation one can do - to think about the things that could flub, and take the extra time to give them the extra attention and care neceassary to ensure "normal" functioning/success, is all this means)... So with the Saturn retrograde, Saturn governing the structures, rules, and laws, of Society (with a big "S" yes), we may all feel the need to fit the status quo, or just feel VERY hemmed in by it, wanting very much so to break free of it, but usually there is some sort of external pressure due to society's constructs inflicted upon us during this time. Also, we need to go over any legal obligations (for example I have a friend who got called to (Grand) Jury Duty the past couple of weeks, yuck) not necessarily to work on them during this time, but to at least be aware of them, so that when Saturn does start going direct again, we can be ready to tackle them issue. BUT WE ARE MOVING FORWARD ALONG WITH SATURN NOW, SO SHOULD STOP FEELING SO STUCK NOW, YAY!!!
And also, during Saturn Retrograde, Karma comes back to bite us in the bum, here's what tarot.com , and astrology.com, respectively have to say about it:
"Slow moving Saturn is finally reversing its backward motion and turning direct again. Stern Saturn rules karma, and teaches us about the cause and effect of our actions."
"Saturn, the slow moving planet of karma and the taskmaster of the zodiac, which has been retrograde since December 31 of last year, finally turns direct on May 16. This ushers in a period of possibilities as our inner plans begin finding their way into the outer world, and vague outlines of concepts begin to sharpen.
Saturn asks for commitment, discipline and a sense of purpose to work its magic of making dreams real. He commands us to get to work, and to work hard. Discipline and responsibility are important to this planet. Saturn reinforces responsibility, carrying your share of the load and being held accountable for what you say or do. Saturn rules wisdom, but it is wisdom gained from hard work and experience -- earned one difficult step at a time. During a direct period, Saturn inspires confidence. As its role as a teacher, during a direct transit, Saturn also bestows inner strength -- a strength of spirit, a deepening sense of compassion and understanding of self, others or a particular situation."

Oooooooooh I'm Feeling It Already...
This (Early) Weekend's Astrological Forecast:
Mercury Retrograde + Full Mooon in Scorpio
Yowsa!!!
So...the Mercury Retrograde, which makes communication loopy, started yesterday, and the Full Moon is in the most intense sign (which is prone to self-destruction/sabotage), Scorpio.
And how appropriate being that we are coming upon Mother's Day this Sunday, May 10th; because though Scorpio can be one of THE MOST Sadistic and Masochistic signs, prone to guilt trips and revenge(think kamikaze), it can also one of THE MOST Doting and Nurturing signs. SOUNDS CRAZY - I KNOW!!! This is due to the fact that it is a Water sign, and who doesn't like to be near Water? Think the beach on a sunny day. But ever been at sea during a storm? Yeah that is the power of Water in Nature, and thus the dichotomy of Scorpio, and any of the Water Signs, but especially Scorpio as they are the most emotionally intense.
Also, Scorpio sees things as Black or White, Wrong or Right, there is no grey area, no "in between" for this sign. I found quote that, in my opinion sums up the Scorpionic Philosophy to a "T":
"I never have lukewarm feelings for anyone. I either love or I dislike."
-Coco Chanel.
This is what we are up against with the Astrological Sign of Scopio, and over the next few days as the Moon (which rules our Emotional Core; and is Full, think a pregnant woman coming full-term...she's full and ready to reveal what she's been cooking up for nine months, and thus, the same with the moon when it is full. All those emotions and feeling that have been stirring just belowe the surface are suddenly exposed. This can be a very raw an edgey time in general, X's 10 with Scorpio in the picture, you feel me???)
This is the Energy we all be feeling in some regard as the Full Moon transits through the Astrological Sign of Scorpio this weekend. It can also be a powerfully romantic/erotic time for the Lovers out and about.
So, Hang in There Luvies, As long as we are AWARE of our own Personal Astrolgical Tendencies, and the general the Astrological Climate, we can RISE ABOVE being steered in whatever way the wind blows and all the best during this Emotionally Charged and Intense next few days!
All the Best,
B!

Full Moon in Scorpio
Intense Possibilities
This week, we have a Full Moon happening in the intense sign of Scorpio. Full Moons are known for offering us the chance to launch the plans we made during the New Moon (which was last in Taurus) and achieve our goals. But every Full Moon is different. What does Full Moon in Scorpio have in store for us?
New Moons are the time to make wishes, set intentions and make your goals clear. Full Moons offer the chance to bring these dreams into reality, and with this one in Scorpio, you have the extra push of an extremely forceful sign -- the sign of the Scorpion is known as being among the most passionate in the zodiac. It's also a sign that embraces both sensuality and death -- after all, its ruling planet is Pluto, the planet of the underworld.
So how can you put your plans into action? First, connect yourself with Scorpio's key element -- Water. Whether you're near an ocean, lake, stream, pond or creek, take a long hard look at what you think you want to accomplish. One of Scorpio's key characteristics is honesty. Pluto tends to show the shadowy underbelly of our desires, so make sure your intentions are pure. Once you're certain, take a moment to meditate and visualize what you want to achieve. The Full Moon will help you to see the reality behind your desires.
Luckily, the Full Moon in Scorpio also throws back illusion and even invites us to feel a better sense of harmony. It gives us less tolerance for bad influence and ignorance, so make an effort to get over past hurts and too much of a focus on yourself. You have a higher purpose now -- whether it's related to school, work, love, art -- and now is the time to tap into the Full Moon in Scorpio energy to realize it!
From astrology.com
At the Full Moon in Scorpio, we take a deep look at what we're worth. How much do you value yourself? Are you valued by others and well compensated for your work? Opposed by the Sun in bottom-line Taurus, the Moon in magnetic Scorpio reminds us that our self-esteem -- not our circumstances -- determines our prosperity and well being. Messenger Mercury turns retrograde two days before the Full Moon, backtracking into Taurus to offer a tip: Look within and tap past resources to boost your worth. Watch for sudden insights at this Full Moon on how to improve the area of life it triggers for you.
The Full Moon is always an intense and emotional period, and things get even deeper when it's in powerful, secretive Scorpio. But with intensity comes the potential for change, and Scorpio can be a powerful healer. Why not use the Full Moon's light to peer into your past and understand the childhood events that are affecting you today?
This Full Moon in Scorpio is overlapping Mother's Day. Now's the ideal time to gain new insight into your relationships with the significant people in your life -- like Mom!
From Astrologer Jeff Jawer:
Emotions may boil over with the steamy Scorpio Full Moon on May 9. This is a sign of extremes that wants it all or nothing at all. However, mysterious Scorpio can also hide feelings, so keep a look out for signals from a suddenly silent mate or potential partner. Expansive Jupiter's stressful 90-degree square to this Full Moon turns small matters into major issues. Managing resources could be a key to maintaining harmony, so don't spend too much or act too cheap if you want to avoid this romance killer. On the other hand, desires can be exaggerated, making you feel like you can't live without someone who, upon reflection, is neither your cup of tea, coffee or vitamin water.( He said Vitamin Water LMFAO! )
